Sandwich Spread

For Bible Study, our small group alternates making dinner and dessert.  This past week was my turn, but I was running short on time, so I just threw together turkey subs.  I wanted to toast them to get the cheese melty, and that would make the sandwich stick to itself.  I whipped up a simple sandwich spread to put on the sandwiches before I toasted them, so we wouldn't have to bother taking them apart to add condiments later.
 
I mixed together mayo and mustard and added a sprinkling of Onion and Herb Mrs. Dash and Tony's Creole Seasoning.  The spread was tangy and smooth, with just enough kick.   My husband thinks it should be bottled and mass-produced! I'm content just to make enough for us =)
