This recipe is so simple, and so tasty! Combine a block of softened cream cheese with 2.5 cups of cooked shredded chicken. Add a packet of ranch dressing mix (or use premade ranch dressing) and stir it in completely. Add as much buffalo sauce as you want to raise the heat level. Top with bleu cheese or mozzarella if you'd rather. Bake a 350 for 20 minutes.
This dish is a real crowd pleaser. Great for entertaining!
