Tortellini Alfredo with broccoli, bacon, and turkey

This recipe made a ton, and the leftovers were just as good! It's a great dish to make for dinner and then take for lunch the next day.

Ingredients
1 bag frozen tortellini, cooked according to package directions
1 bag frozen broccoli, cooked according to package directions
1 lb ground turkey, browned
2 oz bacon bits
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
Combine jar of Alfredo sauce with the Italian dressing mix in a large bowl. Stir in tortellini, broccoli, bacon bits, and ground turkey. Pour into casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then broil for three more minutes.

This dish also freezes well. If you want to freeze it, prepare all the way but do not add the cheese to the top. When you're ready to bake, bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Broil for three or four minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. I love to have dinner already made and ready to be baked. It makes busy nights so much easier!
