Beef tips with gravy, ranch mashed potatoes, and Parmesan roasted asparagus


This meal is simple and fast start to finish, but it tastes and looks like you spent lots of time and energy. A very impressive meal with very little effort. 

Beef tips
Ingredients
2 lbs beef tips
1 tbs flour
3 tbs butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 c water
1 beef bullion cube
Salt and pepper

Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Add beef tips. Add flour. Stir to coat meat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Add water and beef bullion cube. Cook through. Gravy will thicken as the meat cooks. 

Ranch mashed potatoes
Ingredients
4 large potatoes, cut into one inch cubes and boiled until soft. 
1/2 c milk (more if it's too thick)
1 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 block cream cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and blend together. Season to taste. 

Parmesan roasted asparagus 
Ingredients
Asparagus
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Grated Parmesan

Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Top with salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Roast in oven for 12 minutes.
