3/4 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C Mustard
2 tbs Tony's creole seasoning (more or less to taste)
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder (more or less to taste)
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients except fillets, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
Salt and pepper both sides of the tilapia fillets. Broil for three minutes. Turn fillets over. Carefully spoon mixture over the fillets. Broil an additional three minutes. Fish should be white when cooked. The Parmesan mixture will be bubbly and golden.
I served this with green beans from my in-laws' garden and a side of yellow rice. Delicious!
