Chicken Enchilada Soup


Ingredients (makes 4 servings)
-1 10oz can of Enchilada Sauce
-2 10.75oz cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
-1 cup of Milk
-2 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
-1 cup shredded cheese
-Cumin, Onion Powder, Seasoned Salt, and Garlic Powder (to taste)
-Fritos or Tortilla Chips

Combine both cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, Milk, and Enchilada sauce in your pot.  Stir it together over medium heat, then add your shredded chicken.  Once your soup is hot, added the shredded cheese.  Taste your soup as you go and add your seasonings accordingly.  Serve in a big bowl and crumble some fritos into the soup for some extra crunch and flavor.
