Italian Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

3 chicken breasts, cubed
1 package frozen broccoli florets
1 cup Italian dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Shredded Italian cheese blend 

Blend the dressing, soup, and cream cheese until smooth. Add chicken and broccoli. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Top with cheese. Broil for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
