DIY Stacked Picture Frame
So I have seen a lot of the DIY stacked frames floating around Pinterest, and I decided to try my hand at one of my own. I made this whole frame for less than $5! The backing is a wooden plaque from Michael's. I painted the edges crimson and modpodged houndstooth scrapbook paper over the top. The actual frame is from the Dollar Tree. I painted it red as well. To attach the frame to the wooden plaque, I knew I wanted to use something that would let me replace the picture. Hot gluing the frame would not work. Instead I used velcro circles on each of the four corners. That way I can take the frame off and change pictures in and out. I'm thinking my first picture to go in the frame will be this one:
Have you ever seen such an adorable football fan??
Roll Tide!!
I like the look of it! Black and white and red are my favorites anyway, and you did a great job of putting them together, and solving the picture-changing challenge.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Baby Bama fan is precious....even to fans of a rival team that also wears red!
