Cucumber Salad



One medium sized cucumber
salt
3 tbs light sour cream
dill

Slice the cucumber very thin and sprinkle a good coating of salt to draw out the water.
Wait a few minutes, then rinse the cucumber slices. Pat dry on a paper towel.
Add the sour cream and stir. Add salt and dill to taste.

Great for a hot summer day when you need a snack.
