Beef Stroganoff


Ingredients: 
2 lbs Stew Meat
4 cups egg noodles (boiled and drained)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tbs Cream Cheese
1 tbs Sour Cream

1. Put noodles on to boil.
2.  Season the meat however you like it, and cook it through on the stove in butter over medium-high heat. Drain.
3.  In the skillet with the meat, add the soup, cream cheese, and sour cream.  Heat over low to heat it through.
4. Drain the noodles, and add them to the meat and sauce.  Stir well to coat all the noodles. Serve warm.
