Bacon and Bleu Breakfast Burrito

I don't often get a chance to make breakfast since my husband and I have to be at the school so early, so this summer, I promised him and myself that I would cook breakfast for us at least three times a week.  This has been one of my favorite recipes.  I copied it from an adorable breakfast bistro in South Florida. 
Beat the eggs with a whisk and add salt and pepper.

Brown butter in a skillet to cook the eggs in.

Scramble the eggs and add bits of bacon and bleu cheese crumbles. I also added a few drops of tobasco sauce to give it a kick.

Finish cooking and wrap in a steamed flour tortilla.
