Garden Pizza
Ingredients: Pizza Crust Dough (you can make your own or use prepackaged to save time), olive oil, ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, tomatos, and mushrooms (shown), black olives, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Spread the dough on to your pizza pan or stone.
Drizzle with olive oil, and coat the crust.
Using a large spoon, spread the ricotta cheese around the dough, leaving a 1" border.
Top with chopped spinach, mushrooms, tomatos, black olives, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder and salt.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes (until the crust is golden brown)
Enjoy!
