Paintings

This page is dedicated to my paintings.  The paintings are from the painting class I teach at The Chilled Canvas, or just some that I've done for fun.  Every painting is for sale, but that's not the main reason I put them up.  Since the blog is dedicated to crafts and cooking, I wanted a page for my paintings so they didn't feel left out.  Painting is what I do when I am wanting some "me" time.  It's time for me to tune everything out, and just think about things.  It's peaceful.

I love this painting.  It is one of my favorite verses.

I painted this to practice for the painting class.  It still needs a little work to make it just right, but I'm liking it so far.

This painting was one I taught at The Chilled Canvas.  I love the blues and greens, and the streaks of orange really make them pop.

This peacock would be so cute in a little girl's room!

This is another painting from The Chilled Canvas.  Painting and a good glass of wine... can it get any better?

I absolutely love the colors in this one! I'll be teaching it the first weekend in June at The Chilled Canvas. It's perfect for the start of summer!
